Toughening up for our trip

I haven’t started packing for our trip yet, but I know that I need to carry my own backpack, so I have started physical training to get stronger. I’m pursuing many types of exercise, such as push-ups, sit-ups, and planking. Have you heard of planking? Planking is when you get into a push-up position but just hold your body as straight as possible for an amount of time.


In fact, my family and I have started a whole planking challenge. We started at 30 seconds and we progress to 270 seconds by the end. Currently, we are at 3.5 minutes. My mom has been suffering, but she’s been doing the challenges. My dad does them with us sometimes. I’m the one who tries to get everybody motivated and I am the only one who has done planking every single day. In my view, it’s fun. I hope it will pay off while we are traveling.
